Our store delivers across the GTA to your home. Delivery is currently set up for next day. If you place an order today for example, you will receive it tomorrow between the hours of 2 to 5pm. We delivery 7 days a week.

We deliver across the GTA, as well as outside areas at an additional cost. Please note, we use a third party service and do not have control over the final cost of delivery.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout once you enter your address and is charged based on the distance from the store to the customer's address. Delivery fees start at $8.35 for the first 2km from the store, and for every additional km traveled is charged at a rate of $.35 (35 cents). Distances past 45km are charged at an additional $1 per km.


Unfortunately we do not accept returns on products due to restrictions around COVID-19.

Refundable Credit Card Hold For Overweight Products?

Since we won’t know the actual price until the order is assembled and the product weighed, this hold accounts for any variances in weight. You will  be charged for the estimated price plus the refundable hold upon placing the order, then you will be issued a refund for any variances in price once the order has been assembled and the actual total is known. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement. 

For example:

You order a chicken for $14.99, and with the delivery and refundable credit card hold is $30,  the total credit card charge comes to $44.99.

After assembling the order, the price of the chicken is actually $15.49.

We automatically refund you $29.50 and email you a revised total that shows the refund which you will also see on your credit card statement, so all you pay for is the actual price plus delivery.
