One of Maille’s signature products, this vinegar from Modena in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region is made with a grape juice that is simmered and then offered to you. A little goes a long way with this vinegar – brush over roast chicken and tuna steaks, drizzle over freshly sliced tomatoes or add sparingly to strawberries…and then wait for a wonderful burst of flavours.
