There’s something about tinned French small peas, or petit pois. We love them and we always have them when having French inspired dishes like Confit Duck with roast potatoes in duck fat. Yum! D’aucy has been growing and preserving premium quality vegetables in Brittany, France since 1965. In 1979 D’aucy became a farmer’s co-operative which today comprises 1500 farmer-members in Brittany, all focussed on growing and preserving only the best quality vegetables.
